TERMS & CONDITIONS

The following Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made under the Black Friday promotional rate at Vacy Hunter Valley Lodge (VHVLodge.com). By proceeding with a reservation using this offer, you agree to the policies outlined below.

1. Booking Requirements

  • Bookings must be made directly through our website at VHVLodge.com by selecting the “Black Friday” rate plan.

  • This offer applies to new bookings only and cannot be applied to existing reservations.

2. Payment

  • Full payment will be processed within 48 hours of the booking being made.

  • If payment cannot be processed, Vacy Hunter Valley Lodge reserves the right to cancel the booking.

3. Non-Refundable Policy

  • All bookings made under the Black Friday rate are strictly non-refundable.

  • No cancellations, amendments, or date changes are permitted under any circumstances.

  • In the event of a no-show, the full booking amount is forfeited.

4. Pricing

  • Rates vary depending on room type and stay dates.

  • Prices are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.

5. Blackout Dates & Availability

  • Blackout dates apply and may vary.

  • All bookings are subject to room availability at the time of reservation.

6. Offer Conditions

  • The Black Friday rate is available for a limited time only.

  • This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts, vouchers, promotions, or packages.

  • Limited rooms may be allocated to this promotion, and once sold out, the offer will no longer be available.

7. Guest Responsibility

  • Guests must ensure all booking details (including dates, room type, and guest numbers) are correct before completing the reservation.

  • Any additional charges incurred during the stay must be settled at check-out.

8. Bond & Online Check-In Requirement

  • A $100 room bond is required and will be collected via your nominated credit card on the day of arrival.

  • Guests are required to complete online check-in prior to arrival, which includes uploading a valid photo ID.

  • Failure to complete online check-in or provide the bond may result in the booking being cancelled without refund.

9. General Policies

  • All standard lodge terms, conditions & policies apply in addition to these promotional conditions.

  • Vacy Hunter Valley Lodge reserves the right to update, amend, or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice, provided that confirmed bookings remain unaffected.

10. Errors & Omissions

  • Vacy Hunter Valley Lodge is not responsible for technical issues, system errors, or incorrect rate selection by the guest.

  • If a booking is made incorrectly or outside the promotion parameters, standard rates and conditions will apply.
