The following Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made under the FLASH SALE promotional rate at Vacy Hunter Valley Lodge (VHVLodge.com). By proceeding with a reservation using this offer, you agree to the policies outlined below.

1. Booking Requirements

Bookings must be made directly through our website by selecting the “Flash Sale” rate plan.

This offer applies to new reservations only and cannot be applied to existing bookings.

The Flash Sale rate applies to motel rooms only and excludes the residence.

2. Payment

Full payment will be processed within 48 hours of the booking being made.

If payment cannot be successfully processed due to a declined or invalid credit card, Vacy Hunter Valley Lodge reserves the right to cancel the booking.

3. Non-Refundable Policy

All bookings made under the Flash Sale rate are strictly non-refundable.

No cancellations, amendments, or date changes are permitted once the booking is confirmed.

In the event of a no-show, the full booking amount will be forfeited.

4. Pricing

The Flash Sale discount offers 20% off our standard rate.

Rates vary by day and availability.

Prices are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.

5. Blackout Dates & Availability

Blackout dates may apply.

All bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation.

6. Offer Period

The Flash Sale is available for bookings made up to 31 January 2026.

Valid for stays up to and including 31 December 2026.

7. Offer Conditions

This promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts, vouchers, promotions, or packages.

A limited number of rooms may be allocated to this offer, and once sold out, the Flash Sale rate will no longer be available.

8. Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for ensuring all booking details, including dates, room type, and guest numbers, are correct before completing the reservation.

Any additional charges incurred during the stay must be settled at check-out.

9. General Policies

All standard lodge Terms, Conditions & Policies apply in addition to these promotional conditions.

Vacy Hunter Valley Lodge reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time, provided that confirmed bookings remain unaffected.

10. Errors & Omissions

Vacy Hunter Valley Lodge is not responsible for technical issues, system errors, or incorrect rate selection by the guest.

Bookings made outside the Flash Sale parameters will be subject to standard rates and conditions.
