1. Prize Details

• Enjoy 2 nights’ accommodation in a Queen Room for up to 2 guests.

• Includes a bottle of red wine and a 12 noon late check-out.

• Subject to room type availability at the time of booking.

2. Giveaway Eligibility

• To be eligible to win, entrants must:

  • Like & share the giveaway post

  • Tag a friend in the comments

• Entrants may enter multiple times by tagging additional friends.

• The giveaway is open to all Facebook users aged 18+, except employees of Vacy Lodge.

• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.

3. Validity & Blackout Dates

• The giveaway prize is valid for stays until 26 November 2026.

• Blackout dates apply and the prize cannot be booked during the following periods:

  • 24 December 2025 – 2 January 2026

  • 24 – 26 January 2026

  • 5 – 19 April 2026

  • 3 – 6 April 2026

  • 6 – 8 June 2026

  • 3 – 5 October 2026

4. Booking Conditions

• New reservations only

• The winner must contact Vacy Lodge directly via emailing bookings@vhvlodge.com to arrange the stay.

  • Prize can not be used with 3rd party reservations

• One date change is permitted, subject to availability and approval.

• Standard Vacy Lodge booking and house policies apply, including conditions relating to guest conduct, smoking, pets, noise, maximum guest capacity, and damage.

5. Check-In & Bond Requirements

• Guests are required to complete an online check-in prior to arrival, including uploading a photo of a valid photo ID.

• A valid credit card and a $100 security bond are required at check-in.

• The bond will be released after departure, provided no damages or outstanding charges apply.

6. Prize Draw

• The winner will be drawn on 26 November 2025 using an online prize wheel.

• The winner will be announced on the Vacy Lodge Facebook page and must contact the lodge to claim their prize.

• If the prize is not claimed by midnight 28 November 2025, a re-draw will be conducted.

7. Exclusions

• The prize is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

• The prize is non-transferable and may only be used by the original winner.

• Travel, meals, and any additional expenses incurred during the stay are not included.

8. General

• Vacy Lodge reserves the right to amend or withdraw the giveaway or these terms at any time without notice.

• Entry and participation in the giveaway constitute acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in full.
