The following Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made under the Valentine’s Day Package at Vacy Hunter Valley Lodge (VHVLodge.com). By proceeding with a reservation using this offer, you agree to the policies outlined below.

1. Booking Requirements

  • Bookings must be made directly through our website by selecting the “Valentine’s Day Package” rate.

  • This package is not available via phone, email, or third-party sites.

  • The offer applies to new reservations only and cannot be applied to existing bookings.

  • Package inclusions apply to 2 guests only. Additional guests may stay in the room, but are not included in the package.

2. Package Inclusions

The Valentine’s Day Package includes the following:

  • 1 night accommodation

  • Dinner for two at Zabb Thai (1 entrée, 2 mains & 1 side)

  • Box of chocolates in your room on arrival

  • 12pm late check-out

  • Drinks and additional menu items are sold separately

3. Payment

  • Full payment is required to secure the reservation.

  • Payments are manually processed by our team and may be taken at any time after the reservation is made.

  • If payment cannot be successfully processed due to a declined or invalid credit card, Vacy Hunter Valley Lodge reserves the right to cancel the booking.

4. Non-Refundable Policy

  • This Valentine’s Day Package is strictly non-refundable.

  • No cancellations, amendments, or date changes are permitted once the booking is confirmed.

  • In the event of a no-show, the full booking amount will be forfeited.

5. Package Pricing

  • The package price is a complete price and includes all listed inclusions.

  • Rates vary by room type and availability.

  • Prices are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.

6. Dinner Voucher

  • The Zabb Thai dinner voucher is valid only for the night of stay.

  • It cannot be redeemed for cash and has no monetary value.

  • Any unused portion of the voucher is forfeited.

7. Valid Dates & Availability

  • The package is only valid for stays 13–15 February 2026.

  • All bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation.

  • A limited number of rooms are allocated to this package. Once sold out, the Valentine’s Day Package will no longer be available.

8. Offer Conditions

  • This promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts, vouchers, promotions, or packages.

  • Vacy Hunter Valley Lodge reserves the right to remove or modify this promotion at any time. Confirmed bookings will not be affected.

9. Guest Responsibility

  • Guests are responsible for ensuring all booking details, including dates, room type, and guest numbers, are correct before completing the reservation.

  • Any additional charges incurred during the stay must be settled at check-out.

10. General Policies

  • All standard lodge Terms, Conditions & Policies apply in addition to these Valentine’s Day Package terms.

11. Errors & Omissions

  • Vacy Hunter Valley Lodge is not responsible for technical issues, system errors, or incorrect rate selection by the guest.

  • Bookings made outside the Valentine’s Day Package parameters will be subject to standard rates and conditions.
